Advertisers must be authorised to list each property and ensure all prices, descriptions, images and claims are accurate, current and not misleading. Listings are reviewed before publication. Paid renewals extend one listing for 30 days and unused periods are not refundable where a listing is sold or withdrawn early. Prices should be reviewed with Australian legal counsel before launch.
